Shipping charges vary greatly in International shipping so you must request the charges if you are ordering by Fax, on-line or mail.

 

When requesting shipping & handling costs, please inform us which item(s) you wish to purchase and the exact location of where you want the item shipped. Without this information, we are unable to give you an accurate quote. All quotes are in U.S.funds. Orders by mail must be made with an Bank International Money Order.

Guarantee & Return Policy: Any item(s) purchased from this web-site or gallery may be returned for refund of the purchase price if you are not satisfied. The item(s) must be returned within 5 (five) days and in the same condition sent; return postage paid by buyer. Items may be returned within 10 (ten) days for credit to purchase from the web-site or gallery. Please Note: There is a 10% restocking fee on frivolous returns.

Layaway: For orders totaling over $100, we offer layaway terms as follow: An initial non-refundable deposit of 20% ($50.00 minimum) and monthly payments of 20%, with balance due within four months. Payments not made within 15 days of due date will instigate a cancellation of the layaway contract and the initial deposit being used as a restocking charge. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of final payment (if shipping was included in original contract). This service is extended as a courtesy to our customers. It is important that the payment schedule be followed.

Telephone Orders: We will be pleased to take your order by telephone during office hours, by answering machine after, or Fax at any time. Telephone orders are firm orders (not cancelable) and you must send payment within 5 days after placing your order. Telephone orders are solicited and accepted specifically conditioned on your acceptance of these terms.

Personal Checks are welcomed. Please allow 7-14 days for personal check to clear. For immediate shipment, include money order with your order.
